Key Contribution
Project-in-charge for end-to-end delivery and live system monitoring of worker-tracking and infection-control dashboards. Partnered with the tech team to harden the platform, instituted company-wide SOPs for delivery flow, product-shipment handling, and support-team health-checks—turning the business from start-up mode into a mature company operation.
Penny's Bay & Kai Tak Community Isolation Facilities (ASD)
Scope & Significance
Hong Kong's only mega-scale, emergency quarantine complex; > 10,000 personnel monitored daily. The edge-plus-backend platform handled 20,000 IoT messages per second.
Key Contribution
I was in charge of the entire worker & machine monitoring, digital tracking management and quality tracking system— driving project planning, delivery, installation, server architecture and 24 × 7 support — and led the delivery team to complete the full deployment smoothly under extreme time pressure.
T2 Trunk Road – Immersed Tube & Tunnel Section (CEDD)
Scope & Significance
24 × 7 subsea tunnel excavation classified as confined-space high-risk; demanded continuous worker-location, gas and environmental safety tracking.
Key Contribution
Project-in-charge for end-to-end delivery & live system monitoring, plus design and development of the new confined-space safety suite—including Controlled Zone System, Gas Monitoring System, E-Lock System, and MiMEP Tracking System.
